My puppy had skin allergies and they were convinced it was mites. He had fur missing around his eyes and they did an eye scrape two separate times making it much worse, it was really sad. All he needed was benadryl. Every time I went there they tried to up-sell me on something and my dogs always left worse off than when they arrived. Please don't take your pets there, they are cruel and will mistreat them.

Horrible, ruid unknowledgable nurses and front office staff. Had to wait over 2 hours. Never going back.

It was worth it at first when visits included all puppy shots, but it was always a pain to make follow up visits. They never had availability (except mornings), always with a excuse that they were short-staffed or booked. Front desk staff was hit or miss. I was once 5 minutes late to my appointment and they told me I had to wait another hour to be seen (even though vet was in the middle of other appointments). Besides that they weren't clear on the exams they did to my dog, they once took him in the back and he came back all scared and even pissed on the floor when a person approached him right after he got out. For routine visits Banfield is perhaps and ok option, but for real vet services take your pet somewhere else.

Bought my cat in for her first post-adoption checkup/a respiratory infection. Dr. Michelle Stewart took amazing care of my cat, and was extremely friendly, as well as the other staff. Her and the staff thoroughly explained everything that took place, and made sure I didn't leave until everything was taken care of. Knowing that my pet will be well taken care of and treated with respect, and not just as an animal, makes the drive up from Woodbridge worth it.

This location is super small. But the staff are super kind and experienced.
