My family has been using Novato Auto Service for over 25 years and we have never had a bad experience. Not only is the service excellent but it is done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. Scott and Tonya are also extremely friendly and go the extra mile to help. I trust them for any work on my car and appreciate my relationship with them.

Scott has been out goto guy, for all things car, for almost 15 years now. He is great. He takes time to explain the problems and repair required. His estimates are very accurate and work is completed on time with great quality. I would happily recommend Novato Auto Service to anyone.

Local owner and family run business. I coached his son in soccer and his wife made the banner for our team. She also answers the phones at the shop and helps keep the mechanics working so you get your car back that much quicker. Very respectable and honest mechanic. He will let you know exactly what needs repairs and allow you to approve the costs before he starts work. They are usually available by appointment within a few days but can often fit you in on the spot if you are in a jam. Friendly folk and reliable service. We're lucky to have an auto repair shop such as Novato Auto Service here in our community.

After my 1996 Ford Ranger failed 3 Smog tests I brought it to Novato Auto Service. The problem was Quickly found and repairs made the same day. Fast, Honest, & Reliable. I will recommend them to friends & family.

Our SUV would not start one night while shopping at the SuperMarket. Had the vehicle towed to Novato Auto Service after hours. Left a note with phone number attached to the keys in the Key drop off box. The Next day they called to confirm the issue was the gas pump. They were able to fix it that same day. I would recommend them to friends and family.
