I 1st contacted Robin Aire Heating & Cooling company by getting a flyer in the mail for a A/C tune and safety inspection. My wife and I recently bought our house 3 yrs ago, and never had it serviced. With the 90 degree temps in Michigan, we went ahead and scheduled them to come out to service it. Donnie in customer sercice was prompt in calling me ahead of time to let me know the service technician, Don H. was just finishing up and was on the way in 20 minutes. When service technician Don H. Arrived very professional knocked at front door had clip board in his hand with business card review flyer and foot covers already on. Don H. listened to my questions and concerns regarding my furnace/A/C unit and said, if anything needs replacement as far as parts will give me a price before replacing. Don H, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient on the job, also had given me best price for overall yearly maintenance and told me the benefits about future continued service. I can't speak more highly about this company then I already have. I look forward to having them come back in the winter to service our service. Donnie and Don H thank you guys! Sincerely, Joe M

Eric and Steve installed a new AC unit, air cleaner and did additional duct work. Great job was done by them throughout the entire process. They walked us through what they were doing along the way and explained all again after the job completion. Cleaned up all as well. Very satisfied with the work!

Service was on time and price was fair. Don was our service tech and he was very informative and laid out our options for repair in an easy to understand manner. I had already planned to sign up for the maintenance plan but the fact that you get a discount on any repair work makes it almost pay for itself.

The fellas who came out to install our furnace and air conditioner all were polite and professional at all times. They all worked very hard to complete the job. My wife and I felt sorry for them working in adverse cold weather condition, but they stayed with the job until its completion. We were very pleased with how the installation looked after the job was completed. Also, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess after they finished the work. Also, Mike Greulich was very professional and informative in the selling of the product that we wound up purchasing. I (we) would highly recommend your company to any of our neighbors and friends needing a new furnace. Our only regret was having to endure the coldness for close to a week before having the work done. We were thankful (and grateful) for the space heaters that your company supplied us with until the job was completed. We really appreciate the warmth of the new furnace!!!

Eric & Steve installed a new, high-efficiency Lennox furnace for me today. They were both very efficient, friendly and professional! I admired their smooth teamwork, skilled workmanship and super-friendly customer interaction. The required duct work & PVC lines were well thought out and produced a work of art as a final product. At the end of installation, I was given full instructions in the work they had performed, as well as in the operation of my new thermostat. Robin Aire has been a reliable source for years - I am always impressed with their attention to detail and polite & patient attention to customer service. Highly recommend!
