The neighborhood is okay. Most of the lot fee seems to be devoted to keeping the grounds around the clubhouse looking nice vs overall services and improvements. I haven't had much success getting my requests and concerns addressed here by John, the property manager. The school district is fine for elementary school kids, but middle school is a coin toss. Neighbors are allowed to have animal feces, broken down cars, poorly kept lawns and general junk in their yards and on their porches while good neighbors are harassed about the most minute of details. The rules are very unevenly enforced. I can't imagine paying for a brand new home here. Buy used. That being said, there are many nice neighbors and homeowners here who take great pride in their property. For the most part, it's peaceful and quiet.

The community for the most part is nice and fine. The manager john vanwingerden though...he just lies to everyone. The old manager Dan never did that. He'd just tell you how it is. Don't expect to get anything accomplished with your lot if jon is in charge. Even if it's the parks fault as to why it's that way.

Was only there for a small amount of times to visit a friend. Nice place.

Maybe some parts are OK but my neighbors are horrible and the complex does nothing.
