They don't have a public parking anymore... and the rent is pretty high. I have lived here a long time. They need to make new play places for all the kids in the neighborhood. With new things for the kids.... and when the snow falls it just sits there in the streets. All 7 inches of it. I feel like they don't care. At all. It used to be different. They used to be very good about things like snow. AJR took over and I feel like everything has gone down hill.

WOMAN AND CHILDREN PROTECT YOURSELF....AJR REFUSED TO HELP PLYMOUTH POLICE WITH A PREDATOR THAT WALKED IN A WOMAN'S HOME ASKED FOR SEX AND THREATENED HER. ALSO MAKING COMMENTS TO OTHER WOMEN. HE WASN'T EVEN REGISTERED TO LIVE HERE. OR IN THIS COUNTRY. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!! NOW WHAT DOES THAT SAY!!!! THERE RESPONSE TO THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE!!! YOU MAY ASK DET. BRIAN RUPARD FROM PLYMOUTH TWSP. POLICE DEPT. WE 3 LADIES HELPED HIM. FIRST BY GIVING HIM ADDRESSES, CAR PLATE NUMBER MAKE AND MODEL...ECT

It's a mature park, with lovely trees.... but must warn....they did allow first degree sex offenders to live here! Didn't know that til we had bought and moved in here. My youngest daughter never had a normal childhood because I always felt the need to protect her. Please check MIPSOR...the sex offender registration of Michigan to check. I don't know if he is still living here... but if you find him living on Washington drive, then the answer would be yes. On a more positive note, they do try to keep the park clean and the office ppl are very nice. I haven't been unhappy here other than what I stated above...wish they would fix up the playground... nothing there at this time. They need to put in swings, slides and a playscape for the kids. That would greatly add to this park and give the kids a place to go play. Also, not a lot of places for visitors to park. These issues could greatly be improved and make the park a better and ideal place to live. Also, please do background checks for ppl moving in here! And keep bad ppl out! We just want to feel safe living here.... and feel like our kids are safe as well.

We might fallow the rules and fix the problems if they would fix our cracked and sinking foundation that they claim there going to send someone to look at... But we cant fix crumbling skirting when the trailer is sinking on its foundation crushing it. The manager was just here walking around now we just wait for our next check list of what were doing wrong.

For a trailer park it's nice and almost all the lots are full again
