Made a same day emergency appointment to get my boyfriend's 2 upper wisdom teeth taken out for a great price considering how much pain he was in and how fast we could get in plus not having insurance. Had to drive from st.cloud but so worth it. The receptionist could of been more inviting and friendlier but the rest of the staff were amazing and wish I could go there for all my dental needs but it's too far. The dentist truly cared about his well being and made sure he was comfortable and ready before she started. Highly recommended for emergency tooth removal. We both left smiling and relieved we got this taken care of!

I got my tooth pulled here last year in October. Well the tooth came out after an hour of tugging my crown tooth, this one was difficult to pull. Well I paid out of pocket due to my own mistake of not having the correct dental insurance card. I came back with my correct dental insurance card to cover the original costs. I had a claim submitted back in November, and I have yet to receive my refund. It was processed partially last December. With the holidays I get that it is busy... However I haven’t  heard from anyone about the claim. I call and there’s always a reason for the hold up. Please review the EOBs as soon as possible so that I can move on, thanks a lot!!!

I have state insurance and although they do not take my insurance i had a tooth that i could not wait 2-3 to get removed at an oral surgeon that took my insurance. Now care was open on a weekend and i was able to get in right away to have it looked at and was able to get it removed at a fairly reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. They offered refreshments and snacks in the waiting area as well which i think is a great touch. Would highly recommend now care dental especially if you need to get in for emergency or on the weekends.

I had a tooth that I knew needed to be pulled but with my schedule I could never get in to do it. Eventually, I developed an abcess, pain and a swollen face . I called them and made an appointment for the next day to have it pulled. I told them my insurance and exactly the policy that I had on the phone and they said they accept that insurance. I leave work early to go to the clinic. Filled out all the paper, answered all the questions and then a lady walks out to tell me that my insurance will pay very little and I have to pay everything up front.  I had no choice but to walk out!! Lost a few hours of work and now I still have to look for an appointment with my dentist.  Incompetent!  Also it's really tacky. They give you a little gift bag.  Why would a health care place give you a gift bag for being a customer?  So strange!!

Not even going to lie. I am grateful that they were open, it was a Sunday afternoon and I broke a tooth. I fully expected that IF I found a dentist willing to see me, it was going to be a long shot AND it was going to be expensive. Nobody likes shelling out a bunch of money unexpectedly, but I fully expected it if I wanted an immediate solution to my problem. I chose to drive the 150 mile round trip and after a discussion with the person on the phone I knew going into it that my insurance was not accepted and an approximate cost to extract my tooth. Thank you for being upfront with me on the phone, discussing my options and addressing my concerns to the best of your ability. I only wish you offered sedation for tooth extractions other than NO2, not an experience I wish to repeat. Still satisfied regardless.
