About three weeks ago I stopped by this store to see about patching my tire due to finding a screw in it. Nobody was willing to take a look at it, rather they said I needed to schedule an appointment for another day. I scheduled the appointment for 9:00am this morning.  When I arrived at the store, I told the man at the counter exactly where the screw was located (with the stem down,  at the 2 o'clock position).  I was then told that the one mechanic on duty was busy and there wouldn't be another one in until 10:00. After waiting nearly an hour, I was informed that they could not patch the tire because the screw was too close to the sidewall. When I asked why it had taken an hour to figure this out, I was told that the mechanic had to take the tire off and test it for leaks. They said they couldn't always see the leak. When I asked them how it was that I could see a screw and they couldn't, I got no real response. 

Customer service is poor here.  I have been at this store before and had similar experiences. This time I felt it was time to write a review.

The new store manager Charles, made my day today. He helped my experience by getting me in there the same day i called them up, diagnosing the problem of my vehicles brakes, then giving me an estimate. I now feel comfortable knowing exactly whats wrong and how much it cost to fix it, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, im safe to drive to work tonight. I will be back tomorrow for repairs for sure. These guys dont mess around. They finally got a good store manager to lead the way, instead of dealing with what i have in the past years. This location is my new home. Highly recommended to anyone.

This location is now under new management and it's a world of difference. Definitely feel comfortable and confident having my car serviced here. Great friendly service!

Went to NTB to solve a overheating problem with my vehicle. After a 100 plus dollar inspection, I was told that one of my head gaskets had blown. There’s was no mention of a thermostat problem, nor waterpump/engine fan issue. They quoted me for 2,000 dollars (300 in parts, 1700 in labor). Then one of the personnel stated that it could be even more once they started working on the car. Long story short, I took the car to another mechanic who replaced the thermostat and my cars hasn’t overheated since. I feel like NTB was trying to defraud me. I even told the guy I only came in to address the overheating issue.

Worst place ever! Not friendly staff, not friendly prices! Not coming again! More than 2 hours for a tire! And staff talking to each other, doing nothing!
