i have lost over 108 pounds but what I love the most is the body wraps which help me lose all the extra skin that is hanging after losing all of the weight. and I love the ionic foot detox which I have all of the time to remove toxins and metals from my system. the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. they value their clients and do their very best to make them feel special.

Mary Atchley’s Nu Energy Weight Loss Journey It started with a diagnosis of osteoporosis and having to take “old people” (I’m 64. Not old, right?) medication. This was my wake-up call. I started looking online for help. I have been overweight most of my life. I’ve been on various diets and have lost weight on each. I’ve exercised sporadically and gotten in pretty good shape. The problem was that I didn’t stick with it, although vowing to because I felt so much better. Nu Energy caught my attention because of the vibration machine they have … good for my bones, I thought. And I knew I needed accountability. I’ve got all the head knowledge, but fail to apply it, obviously. My first visit with Bridgette was full of information. However, when she told me she thought I would do well on the three-month program where she expected, no virtually guaranteed, I’d loose 30 pounds I laughed out loud. I thought this woman doesn’t understand that I’m old and everyone knows older women can’t loose weight like that. She looked me straight in the eye and said it was possible. I was loaded down with all the information and supplements to start my journey and walked out the door very skeptical. When leaving, I asked another client what she thought of the program. She said, “Just do what they tell you to do”. Truer words were never spoken. Well, three months went by and the 30 pounds came off. I’m still amazed! Oddly enough this hasn't been super hard. The supplements are really good and satisfy my sweet tooth. I struggled most with the salt restriction, but have now even given up salting my food before I eat it. Incredible! I credit the support of Bridgette, Desiree and Teresa with the greatest part of my success. They have answered my endless questions with kindness and offered invaluable advice at every turn. I signed up for the yearlong maintenance program because I know my struggles are not over. I will continue to need their support with the transition of adding foods to my diet. I can’t say if Nu Energy is right for you, but I will tell you that the support you need for success can be found there. Also, I eat real food. This is not a gimmicky diet that has you starving to loss the weight then rebound with more weight on than when you started. Check back with me in a year and I’ll let you know how it goes for me. My wife and I have been doing this program for 3 months. She has lost 30 lbs and I have lost 45 lbs. I have to say that this clinic has the best counseling team and best diet choices out there. Other places I have been to have barbie looking staff who don't look like they have had an ounce of fat on there body but everyone at Nu-Energy is on program with you and knows your struggle. Losing weight is hard especially when you have nothing but bad food that is cheaper than healthy food but the staff has helped us with dining out choices as well as recipes that are good for the entire family. With my wife being type 2 diabetic the supplements have helped stabilize her glucose levels. We are excited to see how she does next month when we go in to do another A1c. Thank You Bridgette and your staff for all the hard work. You guys are truly the best!!!
