I started getting my hair cut by Chad. Its a  perfect cut every time and same or next day appointments are never a problem. With such a professional salon atmosphere I was expecting to pay 2x what I did! Highly recommend!

AVOID MADISON JAMISON! After waiting about 2 weeks to get my daughter in, Madison waits til 9 am, morning of my daughter's hair appt to cancel. Apparently she has "family issues and can't take the unpredictable time it takes to do my daughter's hair". But she knows it takes 3 hrs, so there's nothing unpredictable about it at all. I don't buy the family issues excuse because clearly you will be seeing your other clients today. She recommended a "black hair salon that maybe could use better techniques to get her hair done in less time", which only confirmed that was the real issue. If you don't want to do her hair because it takes a few hours, that's fine. Don't make the appt! And certainly don't cancel the morning of when we've been waiting to get her in! She ignored all of my fb messages before I booked the appt, so I should have taken the hint then. Did I mention my 2nd child is due any day? So during the 2 weeks my daughter had her appt booked, I could have found another place to do her hair. Now I don't have time before baby arrives. Oh and I took down her twists yesterday just for the appt, so now I have to try to hurry and do her hair again which takes hours, swollen, pregnant,  and overdue. Thanks for being professional and wasting my time, Madison.

Edited to add: Where she worked previously,  she charged me for 4 hours, though it only took 3. I was wondering why she kept saying it was 4 hours work when we both knew when the appt started and ended. I didn't realize til I was ready to pay, it was because she charged by the hour, not by the service. As if paying $50 per hour wasn't enough.
