This place is awesome and all I can add is that I wish they were open for dinner too. The Mexican plate is my personal favorite.

Came in with a party of 7. My brother’s bacon & egg taco took too long. I got the big breakfast, which comes with pancakes potatoes eggs bacon and beans. The pancakes came out on time but the rest took forever. I asked for my eggs over medium and they came out with salsa on them which I didn’t ask for. When they finally corrected it the eggs were undercooked and I didn’t eat them. The bacon was dry and cheap. My tia asked for tortillas several times and the hostess asked “do you still want them?” as if she thought we would just stop complaining. I asked for tortillas and they never came. For some reason the hostess decided to close at 1pm even though the closing time is 3pm. Overall horrible experience. Used to be great when it was Wilson Cafe, but “Nuestra Cochina” is just bad.

I will not be coming back here. Now I’m not from Harlingen I moved about 2 months ago from San Antonio. But come on you are practically in Mexico I expected way better tacos than this. $27 for 6 tacos! I said well let’s give it a try took them home. They are big but no flavor, beans are bland. I asked for 2 asada tacos and got pastor. Typically I wouldn’t complain or write a review but for $27 worth!! I’d rather get tacos from a Mama Margie’s than spend money here again!!!
