Love coming to this place. The mobile order option is great when your on the go. Im in and out in a few minutes, better than waiting in line. They always joke about my Heavy Cream Latte. Great customer experiences.

The area surrounding the actual building is a huge negative. Drive thru is a pinch to get into with larger vehicles. Like everyone else, I love the coffee. As a lactose intolerant, I love the fact I can still enjoy what everyone else is since they have coconut milk to replace regular milk. Only thing missing is the whip cream. HINT HINT THEY MAKE IT DAIRY FREE TOO STARBUCKS ;)

This Starbucks location was remodeled in early 2017 and now has much more seating. It is very close to Valley Baptist Medical Center and is accessible via the Burger King Parking lot as well as directly from Ed Carey Blvd. The employees are typically friendly and are quick to get your order out. Recently they have begun selling breakfast food products as well as desserts such as cake slices and cookies. The bathrooms are usually clean. The parking lot is a little undersized, but there is a drive through.

Waited in line at the drive through only to have them get my wife's order wrong. Staff fixed the order but seemed pretty disinterested in the fact that their error was a big inconvenience. Would have been nice for them to just comp the tea. Thanks for doing nothing to change my opinion of Starbucks.
