I'm still pretty happy with this team. I've used them twice now. On time, friendly and professional is what describes these folks.

The tech they sent out showed me all the different parts they were replacing and showed me just how it ended up broken. I had no questions afterward at all. 

Definitely would recommend them based on my 2 experiences so far. Great people, great company!

Running a dentist office in Las Vegas it is imperative to keep the place comfortable and having the plumbing work perfectly.  That is why we use Number One plumbing and air conditioning.  They are always prompt and courteous. The pricing is fair for repair work plus they usually offer several options before any repair work begins.  We keep their number on file just in case of any emergencies.   I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any plumbing or ac repairs.

        We called the #1 plumbing, heating and air conditioning company. They came out 7/30/15 and charged $285 for a combined service call and AC function check.   The estimate for a repair of the AC unit was $2,700-$3,300. They stated they would have to order the parts to fix the unit… then they called us back, and stated that parts were not available because the unit was a discontinued model, therefore the entire unit would need to be replaced.  The house was built in 2007!!-a unit less than 10 years old was not serviceable??  We found that hard to believe.  
        We wanted a second opinion and so we called LEGACY AIR.  The service call was $59 .  The technician found a leak. He repaired the AC unit for $725 total. The technician-Dean- was courteous and very professional.  The office staff was prompt and courteous.   LEGACY AIR worked us in to a busy schedule. They came out to the service call on the same day we called. The repair was done the next day.  Dean worked until 7PM to finish the repair and did not charge us extra.  LEGACY AIR is an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable company and is the real “#1” AC repair company in Las Vegas!!!

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
