Do not waste your time with this company.  They tried to rip me off.  My hot water was running luke warm after a minute of turning on. Steven from pure plumbing had me convinced it was a big project to fix and quoted me 800 dollars to put in 2 check valves costing 15 dollars each and taking 2 hours.  Wow. Is that a rate of 400 dollars an hour pure plumbing? Turns out all I had to do was replace a 75 dollar part in tub faucet and it was fixed.  Very disappointed in a company that I chose for high reviews. Don’t waste your time on this company, untrustworthy.

I would like to thank Pure Plumbing for the exceptional service I received on 3/15/18. The technician, Mekie rendered a very professional demeanor from start to finish while he methodically installed a new hot water heater into my unit. I would definitely rate his customer service as five (☆☆☆☆☆) rating!

I needed an estimate to move a water heater/replace with a tankless system due to a code violation in my new home. Pure Plumbing sent out Donny to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done and he was stellar. Donny’s customer service was outstanding. I had three other companies send out people to give me an estimate and their employees gave off the vibe that they didn’t really want to be there. Donny was kind, courteous, and more importantly he detailed everything that needed to be done and explained to me why it needed to be done as well as educating me on a variety of things I didn’t know regarding Las Vegas water quality and what I would need to improve the set up in my home. Being new to the area anything I could learn about my new hometown was useful. It’s easy to see why Pure Plumbing has such good reviews and I will definitely consider them for any future work around the house. Thanks Pure Plumbing & thanks Donny!

After going through 10 plumbers, Pure Plumbing would have to be my second choice.

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp. Pure Plumbing was Plumbing Company number 10. I contacted Pure Plumbing through Yelp, (didn't get the agents name) but good service and let me know that the estimate was free (without me asking), which only two plumbing company's out of 10 did, which I really liked! (If business offers free estimates take advantage) I realize ANY company's that don't tell you upfront the estimate is free, will usually try to make you think you're going to have to pay for them coming out if you decide to check first with another company. (And the call was recorded which I also like. Only 3 out of 10)

On 7-27-17 at about 9am, 2 Pure Plumbing employees arrived and started going over what needed to be done. Unfortunately, I had another Plumbing Company (that was supposed to give me a second estimate after the first plumber that came out, did a horrible job) I didn't have that much time to go over everything with Pure Plumbing but the overall the estimate seem fair compared with the other 10 plumbers. The employees were very helpful and honest. Even though Pure Plumbing was not my first choice but, I would definitely recommend them.  Just their honesty and not trying to overcharge for things That didn't need to be done.

We have been calling on Pure Plumbing for over 1 year after buying an older house. We chose them because of their consistent reviews on several platforms, BBB status and having a professional/functional web site. We always receive a free quote and they take the time to answer my questions or concerns before any work is started. They have helped us replace a water heater, garbage disposal, toilet tank assembly, old corroded valves and install a water softener. They have always been very professional and courteous.
