Worst service ever. Because of our home warranty company we have to use them. Every time we have used them it has been a horrible experience. Between the guys that come out and the management I'm surprised they are still in business. They left us without a water heater for 6 days. This time no air conditioner. They came out Friday said they needed to order a part, it would be in Monday. They would be out Monday or tuesday. It's Wednesday night and surprise surprise we are still waiting. I wish the home warranty company would stop using these incompetent jerks.

They were great! They came by on Father's day to fix some plumbing issues I had. They were actually early and we didn't have to wait around. The tech was personable and kept us up to date with the process. They left the area clean and didn't charge us anywhere near what I thought a Sunday visit would cost! It was great deal. I definitely recommend using this company, I will in the future.

We were assigned Ideal from our warranty company. Our rating of Ideal is 2 stars but our rating of JULIAN IS 5 STARS!!! We had a problem with our circuit breaker which required a fix. When they came out the tech was pleasant and got us back up quickly but we noticed an issue he missed after he left. So we called and they sent out Julian who came out and made it right. Julian was pleasant , respectful and knowledgeable. He explained every thing to us clearly. Julian is a credit to this company and can be trusted to do it correctly.

We got this company assigned to us through our home warranty company. Our thermostat was not turning off when our house was reaching the desired temperature. The person came and said we had the wrong thermostat and replaced it with some old one he "had rolling around in the truck". He did something on the roof with the a.c. and left after making sure it would turn off when it reached a temperature. Our once super cold air is now coming out at a warm temperature and after running the a.c. for 5 hours our house is hotter than it was when he left! We called and they said they could not get anyone out until Saturday even thought it's triple digits and we have a child in the house. Completely unacceptable! It's not our fault that they messed up our air! Why should we have to wait 5 days for them to come fix their mistake?! I would advise NO ONE EVER use this company!
