My family and I bought our first home with Nuria Realty this past summer and we closed at the end of August. We had just moved from Austin, TX to Arlington, VA and we needed to settle down in a home in the area ASAP! We interviewed many agents and many of them were not the right fit for us. At a dinner party, my husband and I met James and he was very charming and charismatic. His attitude, right of the bat, he was very pleasant, after a long conversation of 2 hours he mentioned Nuria Realty was the company he worked for and was willing to help us. Finally, after 2 weeks of searching we found a house that fit our need and our budget. Now, we were ready to submit and offer but they already had 3 offers in. With our agents negotiations expertise he was able to give us advise regarding the offer and pricing. We ended up paying a reasonable price for our home, we are very pleased to work with our agent and will absolutely recommend him and Nuria Realty as well. The receptionist was always very nice and very profesional. Virginia, we are here to stay! Thank you Nuria Realty! I will absolutely recommend.
