If you enjoy being nickeled and dimed to death with fees, you'll love this bank. Its now impossible to call the Taos branch directly, and their customer service in ABQ is very corporate, and no helpful. Thumbs down guys!!

By far the least friendly or helpful credit union I've been a part of. Will be closing my account soon.

The women,taste and the manager and Jordan are not nice at all and when I reported this now when I go in there is whispering and big sarcastic smiles toward me. I try not to have to go inside. I am looking for another bank. It is such a hassel to have to switch though. Thank God there are other banks.
