Love this place for my fabrics and attachments for my Brother sewing machine which I also bought from them. I have also taken classes recently and the instructors are great at answering any questions and made a beginner sewer like me feel completely welcome. Would highly recommend!

If I could give give it a negative star rating I would. The Riverton store girls cut my fabric crooked and shorted me 2 inches. When I took the fabric back they said they couldn't do anything without the original receipt.
 I gave them my number and could see on the screen my previous purchase and asked if they would print that receipt. She said she could but it's easier if they had the original. Wait.......so you have access to my previous purchase but just because it's more difficult you won't help fix an error you made?
 During this time 3 girls were behind the counter and I heard the following conversation:
Girl 1: oh so you're talking to me again?
Girl 2: I am now because you finally apologized.
When I asked to see the policy on returns and refund, girl 2 who clearly has an attitude with not only her coworkers but also customers, grabbed the receipt out of my hand without asking and read the bottom of the receipt in a loud, disrespectful and sarcastic tone and then pointed to the policy taped to the table. I interrupted her after being disrespected and demeaned and asked for a manager. 
At the end of my visit I ended up leaving with the poorly cut fabric and a new cut of fabric that I had to pay for. Will be measuring the fabric the moment I get home to see if I've been shorted again.
Poor customer service all around and employees who are disrespectful to customers as well as each other.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Nuttalls, but NEVER AGAIN!!! I recently, finally, got all my Isacord thread organized. Found some duplicates and wanted to just EXCHANGE for a different color.  Apparently, for an exchange, you must have a receipt and it must be within 10 days. They refused to look it up in the computer (they have EVERY transaction I've ever made under my phone number in their system).   Nuttall's Riverton was not friendly!!  It's not like I was trying to get my money back or be fraudulent.  It was a zero sum gain...new product for new product...just a diff color.

Update:  The Nuttall's in Pleasant Grove (my regular store) called me tonight and apologized and said 30 days is their policy. He offered to look up my purchases in their system and help me with my exchanges tomorrow!  I'll continue to go to the PG store!  Thank you!!
