I went in to purchase  a dishwasher in July.  Al, the appliance manager, was awesome.  He took time to educate me about dishwashers and helped me pick one out.  Since we've had it home, we have been 80% happy with it.  I went back to Home Depot and talked with Al who helped me solve the problem.  He provided me the dishwasher Co's customer service number for further help.  Thanks Al! He's a great asset to Home Depot.

Visited the paint area today with a paint sample I scraped off the wall and asked if he could match it.The person working told me he would and did, Perfectly! He took his time to guide me through the process. Talked about the best way to do the painting and even helped select the right roller. Amazing customer service and couldn't have asked for better.

Came here knowing exactly what I was looking for, just not where to find it. I looked on my own for a bit before deciding to seek out help from a worker. He told me isle 6 which is the isle I had just came from looking on my own, I asked if he could show me where in isle 6 and he told me my problem could be simply fixed with a soldering gun. Ok thank you, but I don't have a soldering gun nor am I going to buy a soldering gun, which costs more than the item I'm trying to fix when I can just get a simple piece to repair for 6 bucks. He was condescending and treated me like I was stupid just because I was a woman and provided me no help.

I bought some plants here and the process went smoothly and the guy help put them in my car. They have a really good customer service.

Lacking Customer Service
Passed 10 workers, all standing around, looking "busy" with no customer in sight. Was in there for 30 minutes. No one offered assistance, no one looked at me. Had a worker in the middle of the aisle, examining a product. Isaid "excuse me". He did not move and I squeezed on by after 10 seconds. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I bought what I had to and left. Won't be back.
