My wife and I purchased two kayaks from Nybergs Ace. The north location did not have what we wanted, so the clerk in sporting goods took the time to track down exactly what we wanted from other locations. He was extremely helpful and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted at a great price! It was very much appreciated.

I sincerely hate when any store makes you beg to use their restroom, but this store takes it to a completely unprofessional and hostile level. I was told today that IT IS STORE POLICY THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM A PHOTO ID TO USE THEIR RESTROOM! I would love to hear a justifiable reason for making a customer feel like a complete criminal because they ask to tinkle in your toilet. What prompted this STORE POLICY? Were people using too many sheets of toilet paper? Did someone make a mess? Really, what could have possibly went so horribly wrong in your restroom that I now have to expose myself to ID theft by giving one of your employees ALL of my PERSONAL information so that I can have the priveledge of relieving myself in your closet of a bathroom. Honestly, it makes the rest of their "friendliness" seem more like distrust and suspicion. Now when I walk in and they say "Welcome to Ace" what I hear is "We're watching you". The 5 times that different employees ask if they can help now feels like they are suspicious of me and want me to leave. From now on I'll take the extra 15 minutes to drive to Menards. At least they don't treat me like a criminal.

Anoing employes plus I have to use the restroom and ugly female eploye "name cena" tell my I need to show my ID to used the restroom only police o any government agencies have the right to ask for. No good service no help full at all.
