We bought a fridge in the beginning of the month and was told it would be in 3-5 days. After a week we called to ask if it had came in since it was over that time frame then we were told it would be another week. After another week goes by we call and they say it will be in tomorrow and we would be able to pick it up the following day. So now we are at the following day and we are ready to leave for Sioux falls so we call to double check it came in since we did not receive a call. They tell us it doesn't come in till today and we can't pick it up now till Tuesday, we will see if that even happens since they keep pulling us along. Very frustrating as we really need our fridge and we were told originally 5 days and that is the reason we purchased through them. Will not be buying from them again.

Older gentleman went out of his way to research which bulbs would work for me the best. Took his time until we were both confident. No rushing or pushing. That's customer service.

Just to make it clear, employees at this particular store are AWESOME! Every time I shopped there employees were very helpful. The problem is that they are spread too thin. It takes 20-30 min to find help. I blame it on the store manager, and corporate office. Also, during one of my visits I bought a dryer and washer. The offered me free delivery which would have taken 10 days. Who wants to wear clothes for 10 days without washing them?!?! I decided to pick up the items my self. Once I unpacked the dryer at home I noticed a huge dent. I went back to the store for an exchange. It took 3 visits before they figured out a way to replace my dryer. At first I was supposed to pay for a new one, and get a refund for the damaged one. Overall, I rate floor employees 5 stars, and the rest of the store 1 star.

Lowe's is 50/ 50! I have been going to Lowe's ever since I move from the Pacific Northwest. I has been good and bad. The only problem is that it is always on the far end of each spectrum. Today was one of the very good visits. Just remember that your are there to get what you know what you want, don't ask for opinions.
