The incident that occurred here was quite awhile ago, but I have never been back, nor would I EVER recommend this awful place. I had an item cleaned, and the zipper was ripped when I got it back. When I called to inquire about it, the manager at the time read me the riot act and screamed at me! Remember the Seinfeld episode with the Soup Nazi? Yep, it was worse than that. He accused me of wanting something for free, said I wasn't even a regular customer and on and on. It was shocking to say the least, and I was beyond appalled. I absolutely could not believe how disrespectful and indignant this jerk was, and frankly I am surprised that they are still in business. From the other reviews, it sounds like they haven't changed. AVOID at all costs!

To begin with, the customer service is terrible. When I walked in and brought clothes the woman working up front did not acknowledge me for about 3-5 minutes then took everything without saying a word. She then rang up the order and put the reciept in front of me to sign, again without a word. I asked what the total was and was almost surprised that she was able to speak. I had to ask when it would be ready and she said 10 days. I politely asked if she could have it done earlier since it was work clothes (as a young professional I do not have an unlimited number of suits yet). She begrudingly said a week as if I was being unreasonable. Next, their hours are a joke. They are not open at all on Mondays or Fridays (or Thursdays, I don't remember) and are only open Tuesday from 7:30-12:30. If you try to call in order to obtain their hours (since they aren't on the receipt) you'll get a busy signal. And to top it all off I went to put on one of my suits this morning to find that they safety pinned my skirts to the hangers. They took a big safety pin and stuck it right through the fabric of my Ann Taylor suit skirt leaving a visible hole. Unfortunately I did not research more fully before trying a dry cleaner in town but needless to say I will be researching the next place I use.
