I have been going here for a few years. There service is good and there prices are fair. There isn't really anything they do special but they provide a good clean.

If you need an item by a certain time, I do NOT recommend this dry cleaners.  I took an item to them and they promised that I would have it a week later at 3:00 p.m. When I went to pick it up I was told it wasn't ready and the clerk wasn't sure "who told me that" (despite the fact that the date and time promised was printed on the receipt). I was then promised that it would be ready at 11:00 a.m. the next morning but yet again, it wasn't ready.  This was now a problem because I needed the item for the weekend and was not going to be nearby. If I wanted to come back a third time I would have to drive 32 miles and take a full hour out of my day.  When I did return to pick up the item, the way they felt that they could make up for this incredible inconvenience by taking $2 off the bill - which wasn't even a 10% reduction in the price. With that kind of customer service, it is no wonder another dry cleaner open up right next door.  What a shame!
