"Toyota's parts and service are very expensive." 

The universal law of payment states that you either pay or you pay. 

I would rather pay for premium durable parts and service then constantly doing repairs on a cheaper vehicle. According to Consumer indexes I actually save money by paying extra for a Toyota product.

As far as Nye Toyota goes I have always had positive experiences. They work very hard to identify the issue before plowing forward with exploratory work and replacements. I enjoy going up there even though I would rather things just work forever Without need of repair.

Great place to do business.  Truly take pride in customer satisfaction and it shows.  You don't earn 13 straight Toyota President's Awards by accident.  If you're looking for a Toyota and hate feeling like just another number, Nye is where it's at.

I haven't stopped telling people about the great experience I had with Toyota Service. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, easy to get hold of and made sure I only received what was needed. 

I dropped my truck off for a recall issue, since it was there I wanted to have my clutch replaced(200K miles). They inspected it and found it was still in great shape and only needed minor service instead of replacement, saving me a lot of money!  They had the chance to hit me with a huge bill but decided to just fix what was necessary. 

Not only will I be buying another Toyota, it will be coming from NYE.

I had purchased my last six cars at Nye Toyota until this last one. After a while I guess I expected some customer loyalty and that the purchase experience might become a bit smoother, but it seemed to be going the other direction. My last purchase was the most difficult of the six so I decided to look (and finally purchased) elsewhere this time. Their service has been pretty good overall though. While there have been some visits that didn't go as planned, they always made the experience right in the end.
