Owner, Bruce Darden, has been preparing delectable meals for families, friends, and churches since 1984 when he graduated from the New York Food and Hotel Management culinary school in New York City. After graduating, he worked for various hotels in NYC.
At Nygel’s American Cuisine, we understand that dining is an experience. Our goal is to make the experience memorable, personable, and enjoyable by serving American cuisine in an upscale environment. This experience will be enhanced by excellent customer service, savory cuisine made from the freshest ingredients, personal service utilizing technology, and meticulous attention to cleanliness and food safety.
