The food was really good and can't beat the prices. Our server, Patrick, was so kind and on point. Best service we've had in a long time. He even helped us take our leftovers to the car because our hands were full. Thanks again!!

It was a Daughter & Mother having dinner night out together. We were greated with a smile by all staff. We were sat almost immediately. Our waitress was adorable, knowledgeable of all dishes, absolutely precious personality, and made dining there a much needed delight. Prime Rib was perfectly cooked and had hot yeast rolls ro die for. It takes a lot to get a 5 star rating from me..... But, this was absolutely 5 star all the way...... Thank You,

Baby back ribs were excellent. The staff was super friendly. A great first experience at O'Charley's.

Our server was training, but didn't a fantastic job.  The  restaurant was clean and the food was great.

We went here for dinner while we were on vacation. Immediately when we walked in the staff was more interested in spraying Windex on the window than taking us to be seated.  Finally got seated, reviewed the menu and placed our order.  When placing the order, I ordered a glass of water.  WAITED....Didn't get it.  The waitress came by and I asked a second time for water.  WAITED.... Didn't get it.  Ten minutes pass and the waitress comes by and I asked a third time for water.  WAITED.... Got it.  Did I mention we ordered appetizers.  They brought our meal first, we sent it back because the appetizer should have come first.  We talked to the manager, and finally ended up leaving... WITHOUT FOOD.
