Excellent service. Steaks were not cooked correctly. Mine was to be rare and husband's to be med rare. We got the opposite. They did offer to redo but it was close enough. My Outlaw had the same flavor as if we had cooked at home. I think they forgot to season it. Husband's strip was to die for. Very clean.

This one is tough to rate on a 5 star system. The food and the service was of a good quality, as normal, but the environment was a little off. We sat at the bar, because it is usually the best service that you can receive. Unfortunately, this time we sat there with a someone that was obviously a friend or boyfriend of one of the bartenders or waitresses. He certainly garnered a lot of attention from one of the bartenders and one of the waitresses and they seemed to ignore his rude behavior as well as his propensity to use foul language. The best was when he loudly stated to one of the managers that he better receive the Katie discount. We later found out the Katie discount was 25% (we only know this because he openly bragged about the fact). While paying our tab we asked for the Katie discount, because at this time we feel like we know them, but we were kindly declined. However, the loud mouth in the corner received his. So now you see my quandary.

My family and l had a good time and the waitress that we had was great. Our food was great and only food that could have done better was the well done steak it didn't have to be so crusty it gave alot of the flavor away. Other than that everything else was great

I was disappointed in the service on 10-15-17. The first problem was we ordered coffee and that took 10+ minutes, we ordered water that took quite awhile the real dissatisfaction was that while we were waiting to place our order we had to ask for bread to tide us over until our rider's came, I realized that it was somewhat busy, BUT it took 5 employees to sing happy birthday to a table on the side of us. I had been driving 9 hours in traffic, we were hungry, tired and just wanted a decent meal to drive another hour or so home and go to bed and we ended up spending more time there than necessary because of awful service.
