I haven’t been to an Applebees in quite sometime. Today me and a colleague decided to drop in to get some lunch while we were traveling back
To Atlanta. The dinning experience was great and the waiter made sure to go out of his way to take care of us. I will be coming back again.

Fantastic efforts all around. Pasta was great. Cooked right, creamy sauce. They even found a way to make the chicken tender and juicy. My fiances steak was outstanding, cooked perfect to temp and the sides were steamed perfectly. The while presentation of the plate looked great. Management was incredibly nice and organized, the serve staff seemed to coordinate well with each other, laughing and happily helping each other, and the food was top notch. This dining experience was a stellar performance and should be the example for all restaurants. I will return with friends for sure.

Every server and the manger was hustling the entire time we were here. I come from working in a restaurant and I really appreciate it and don't see that often. The manager was playing host and running food and him and all the servers all, were running around like road racers. Our food tasted great and service was great. The server, Benita was excellent. Will be back and ask to sit with her again.

Chose the 2 for  $25 menu. 2 sides comes with it. 3 of the sides are potatoes!  The other 2 are  'steamed broccoli' (soft and mushy) and veggies.  Poor choices  to say the least.  Up grade choices start at a buck and a half!  The steak was cooked perfectly but was tough and chewy. Ordered a baked potato but was told they would take too long to get done!  Hint: 2 for menu should be a choice between an appetizer OR a dessert for two to share! Poor experience.

Don't order a large beer because you will get 3 inches of foam. They say that is the way they pour. Service is slow and new menu is average. EDIT I tried them again twice in the last 2 months, beer was lukewarm and foamy, service was incredibly slow, and the server tried to scold me into using the small computer to order and pay for my meal. Whatever happened to good service and cold beer poured correctly?
