The store is very well kept. If you get customer service from Charles your in luck. He knows what hes talking about. Hes honest and VERY helpful. He knew what I needed before I knew.. Hes great.

I'm new in town.. Went in for a new battery and fuel filter, my car had been having trouble accelerating.. turned out that the fuel filter had to be serviced by the Nissan dealer.. Reggie was helping me out and suggested that I try a fuel cleaner first! I did what he said and saved a bunch of $$!! Thanks Reggie! Super helpful and friendly service! I'll be back for sure!

I order a part and was told it would be available at noon the next day.  The next day rolls around and the part has arrived around 4 pm. I'm busy for the rest of the day so I decided to show up tomorrow. The part was supposed to be there at noon, not 4pm. The following day I come in and am told the part has been returned. I was given a window of four hours to pick up my part before it was returned with no notice. I will NEVER be back to any O'Reilly parts store again. Now my road trip is shot and my car is useless for an additional three days. Six day turn around time when I was quoted one day
