My experience with this Sprint store was beyond stellar. Marcus Perry goes above and beyond to help his customers. He helped my mom switch over into my plan and even hooked her up with the new Samsung 8 all while maintaining a price that was lower than what she paid at Verizon. He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He's a great asset to this store, and I'm sure he's a great friend to anyone who comes to meet him. Wish I lived closer to this Sprint so I could get the same great experience every time! Thanks Marcus :)

Joshua and Tushar is awesome! He helped and answered all my questions regarding switching to sprint! Plus, he was able to get me to save 1,200 a year! Glad I’m I was able to do the switch!

Came here asking to upgrade my phone after having trouble working with customer support on the phone.  I worked with Marcus Perry and despite some problems on my end (a crack in the phone and being in a hurry to get it due to upcoming travel plans)  he was able to assist me and make an otherwise troublesome experience great. Ive never walked out of a phone store without feeling somehow upsold and naive,  bur Marcus explained everything fantastically and walked me through the process like a pro.  Thanks for your help!
