WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We visited the store today to purchase a battery for my 86 year old mother. the guy at the counter looked it up, ask the manager on duty if he could change for my mom as i need to return to work..... KEEP IN MIND THERE WAS NOT ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE! and the fat freakin jerk manager says nope. my mom inquired why they did last time! he said the said no. so we picked up our money and i said we wont be purchasing it here. so after i was off work we take her car my jeep to a competitor buy two batteries wipe blades for both and brakes.. they installed them all except the brakes... so they have lost our business and the company i work for i will make sure we DON'T buy our parts from o'rielly!!!!!!!!! good job you jerk.

Why can't you leave 0 stars ? They deserve 0. The one guy said we can turn my rotor, out of no where this other guy comes running over and says aggressively "no we can not turn that rotor next customer", we all pause including the other guy working who apologized, we left no have a good day from either...we went down to BREAK MASTERS they turned the Same rotor really fast really cheap no problem, works great. WTF ?

As a girl I can honestly say I don't know anything about cars. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by the staff. I was scared for them to tell me it was going to be something major, but after they looked over my car they were able to determine that it was my battery that needed replacement. The best part was that after I purchased the battery they even installed it for free. After that day I have not had any starting issues. I will always trust the O'reilly team to help me out.

Every time I've gone in here they have been super helpful and friendly. I only see one bad review but I'm pretty sure management was switched out about 8 or 9 months ago. I definitely recommend this one over the one on Oracle and prince. Walking into the Autozone close to this location is a complete joke anyways.

These guys are awesome! I try to stop in every day cause there's always something im in need of as a mechanic. Great service. I would give em 6 stars if possible!
