I was just visiting here with my bicycle. I have been a past 2 time Ragbrai participant back when I was 12 and 13 years old but still was clueless about bikes. I had never seen the valves on the tires of this bike before. He explained and offered to air up my tires free. What a great friendly guy!  I'm in no shape to ride but I'm starting out and hope someday to come back to visit through the bike path along his shop!

I nice little area to take a break during a long ride. Bike repairs, snacks and a bathroom available.

I really like this place a lot. The owner is a great guy, the service is stellar, and it's a great place to relax from a hard ride. Because I live close by, it's also really convenient to go there before a long endurance ride to stock up on body fuel and supplies.

We had a rim-tape fail on an A mountain ride, and went through every tube we had, at about 3 mile intervals, and we were still 12 miles from home. Mike produced a new wider rimtape, a new tube, and fitted the lot in 10 minutes—all for $15! This was truly great service (all the more so, since we were in a pickle).

I'm giving this guy a good review.
He may be out of the way to reach but his shop is well worth it.
My bike needed a tune up pretty badly and he took my bike overnight and the very next day my bike was running quickly and quietly.
He is the cheapest in the area too.
Ajo bike wanted 80 bucks
Oroville Valley wanted 50
Since Mike at the loop shop found problems with other parts, my service was 49 and some change with the parts included in the price!
