I spoke with Angie today in the Reimbursements Dept. regarding some unpaid legal fees. Should could not have been any better in terms of the service I derived, the information she gave me, and the completeness of her response. Our public service employees get lots of criticism and we complaints about where our tax dollars go, but for me, even though I was calling about someone else s bill, she was great. My hats off to the reimbursement group and Angie especially!

Called county clerk for marriage record questions and that lady is lack of patient at all. yelling at me over phone... really bad experience.... Can't believe we pay tax to government to feed this kind of people...
