Oaklawn has a history of good times stretching back more than a century. Home to the Racing Festival of the South and Arkansas Derby, Oaklawn has hosted champions like Temperence Hill, Cigar, Curlin, Azeri, Smarty Jones, Afleet Alex, Zenyatta and many more. Live thoroughbred racing from January-April is just the ticket for high pulse rates and high purses. Sometimes it’s awesome, sometimes not so much BUT they seem to be a work in progress. They are constantly adding new machines and changing things up. It seems like they are trying to listen to what their customers want unlike some of their competitors in the surrounding states. Staff is always very friendly and the sweet tea is just fabulous in the Bistro. The Bistro also has great breakfast type food and it seems like a good deal, too. Just don’t go prepared to win and you may be surprised to come out ahead!

Adult gamimg facility. This place is so much fun. I don't leave unhappy I usually leave a winner and with a smile.  The horse races are fun but it's busy during the race season. So the early bird gets the worm. Anyone would enjoy a day spent here.

A fun place to go listen to bands or watch football but OMG don't gamble in the casino. I haven't seen anyone jackpot since it was downstairs.They have really tightened up there machines!! Maybe one of the owners will read this and understand. I don't like the way you get your money from playing a long time.they use to give you cash and then you go play what you like, now they give it to you on your card and you HAVE to add money to be able to use your free money.Doesnt make since to me because we still spend our money there.Its just the point that they won't let you have what you earned without giving more money!!My family and friends personally don't like it at all!!!

Seems like this place always on the expansion list, has quintupled in size since it's opening. Table games are available as well as games of skill and chance. The minimum for table games are $5. You can find penny slots and higher denominations. Well maintained facility with friendly staff and plenty of security. Highly Recommended for those willing to take a sporting chance.

Great experience. Beautiful place and if you visit be sure to park here. Across the street parking was 10 to 15 dollars offical is only 2 for all day. Get here early once the races start it fills up fast.
