Quiet, lovely neighbors, police and sheriff patrolled, a gem for starting out families. While this is a mobile park, its close to the O'hare International airport, the 290/90/294 expressway (30 min from the Loop flat with no traffic/ 45-55 with heavy traffic) basically, if you lived here, you know its not what it seems to be at first. My parents friends live here and my friends live here and the community is great. If you're saving up, downsizing, retiring and will travel frequently and just need somewhere to storage your life in some decent square space, this is the place for you. Cheerios.

Lived in the park for a long time, couldn't use the yard due to how mushy it was.  Spurting of mud at night and would have huge mounds in the morning.  Called health department and some other department came out and managed to pull out some very large cray fish.  Had great neighbors even though the grounds had alot of broken glass etc.

I went to visit my friend there! I got one ticket for being 1 inch out on street! Only because she does NOT HAVE 2 exact parking spaces! Then i got another ticket (same day) parked same place !! For blocking a driveway! There are NO DRIVEWAYS IN THAT PARK! Yet alone in front of her house! The place is a pit hole! No recycling bc the scum bags ( excluding my friend) don't feel like it! I bet they would if i called immigration on the entire place! It would be a ghost town! Looking forward to court! Scumb bag owners that have their own laws and they are all ILLEGAL! Screw them! Why isn't immigration all over that place!!! Lots of deportations

Most of this mobile homes are double and some of them have back yard you can have dogs on this area and looks quiet only thing is you can lose yourself so easy bcs the streets are one way anyways is a nice place to live

I am a school bus driver.  I come to pick up my kids and take them home.  People seem friendly and will wave at the bus.  Streets are wide enough to get down.  A large number of children, dogs, and feral cats.  My friends who live here have had problems in the past but the office staff is better now.
