We returned our vehicles to this depot and the manager there was nothing but rude and abrupt. We were not asked how our time with the RV's were or if we enjoyed our trip. All he was interested in was if they were dirty and any damage. We cleaned these vehicles well and was then told to park on their wet gravel parking area in the back. We then had to step inside to retrieve a couple of things and left a couple of small footprints due to their wet gravel surface. Thought nothing of this and assumed they would be cleaning them for the next people anyway. When he inspected we were charged an hours house keeping to wipe the floor down. When we were told of this, I asked if I could just go out there then and wipe the floor down myself and he refused me to do this. He was just rude and this was the worse part of our trip. The vehicles themselves served their purpose and didn't miss a beat. The managers there need some customer service training and were absolute pricks.

We're from Germany. We booked the RV for 2 weeks and travelled round Lake Huron. The RV was great! Very clean and in all in all in very good shape. The Manager and the rest of the staff we're very friendly. We were scheduled for check-in at 2 p.m. and left the parking lot with the RV at 2.45 p.m.! The return-procedure was as quick and easy as the Pick-up 2 weeks before. If we would plan another trip, we would definitely come back to this location!

Great place to rent a RV for a camping trip, cross country exploration or event. They offer various sizes and features to meet the needs of any adventurer.

Pretty decent. No surprises if you know what to watch out for and do your homework. We rented an RV last summer (late July/August) for the family trip to Yellowstone. Booked months in advance and didn't have any problems with pickup. They were busy and our pickup was at noon. We were walked around our unit which BTW was almost brand spanking new with 2000 miles on it, and they explained how everything works inside and out. The trip was flawless. No issues, things worked fine and we had a great time. After reading some horror stories in other reviews I thought that I will be in for the ride returning the unit but everything turned out to be great. We paid what we expected to pay based on the reservation minus minor mileage overage per actual odometer. No extra charges (we cleaned interior at home but outside was a deadbug fest after 3000 miles), everything was in order. Yes, you do technically lose 2 days of rental with the wacky rental hours so we had to rent on Friday for our trip which mean that we left home late Friday and had to get back home week later on Sunday night to be in time for Monday return. I guess that's how Cruise America operates as they still need some time on the return day to get the unit washed and ready for next customer. Yes it sucks, and yes they could adjust for this in pricing and tell you that the first and last days are free. there are marketing ways to do this. Overall, nice experience. No frills but I'd probably be back again.
