I wish there were zero stars.
I had a reservation for today at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:28pm and the office was closed (except the office is supposed to be open until midnight).
There was no truck there for me.
After calling customer service, it was explained to me that the apologetic operator had no idea why no one was there, but I could transfer my reservation to the office 2 miles away.
At $1.49 per mile, that’s 6 extra bucks. I asked if I would be credited for the 6 bucks since it was further away than this location, and told no.
So... there you have it. Maybe we are open, maybe we are not. Pay us the additional miles, plus the inconvenience of pickups and drop offs further away.

Horrible.. The managers and staff are not doing their job... I pay for 24 hour access and have had several occasions that i can't gain access and get no help from management..

Uhaul corporate tried to screw me over, these fine local Uhaul owners helped me out a great deal.  Call them directly for the easiest renting experience.

Do not rent the storage units from these people.. if you are not planning to  use the until the full entire month this place will not or does not do pro-rate they expect you to pay a full month no matter if you only use it a few days.. bad company rules and bad customer service.
