Great Location
Located in sunny southern California, we are a great vacation destination. In the heart of the Coachella Valley, we are near Glamis, Coachella, Indio, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Indian Wells. In April, you can pitch a tent and hang out with all your friends during the Coachella Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Music Festival. Bring your RV or even a tent and enjoy the great outdoors next to the country-side and the Salton Sea.

Calling all friendly small dog family, this place is extremely small dog friendly.  Please note that they have breed restrictions e.g. German shepherd, Rotti, Doberman, etc.  With the exception of one young dog, all the dogs walk around without leashes & meet other dogs.  Most of the dog parents are relax & friendly.   Great place to relax.   Their fruit trees are plentiful.   We arrived with both of us suffering from a cold & were eating the oranges & grapefruits for their Vitamin C.   Unfortunately, the manager wasn't that friendly, although the other staffs were helpful & friendly.   Will return when we go to San Diego.

Next time we will stay here longer. Very clean park, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to shop before you go. It is a short ride to Joshua tree national Park, Salton Sea and Anza-Barrego state park.

I've been here about a week now, it's a great little place right off the highway by the Salton Sea. Little bit of road noise, but I actually like that. They don't have propane refills but there is a gas station/truck stop down the road that does. A few spots for multiple size vehicles, including a huge land-whale 38ft bus. Great view, day and night. Plus everyone has been friendly and helpful. This place has made staying out here a lot easier for me!

Stop late in the evening and on to Yuma the next day. They have a pool, pond grass and yes palm trees.

Great place to rest. Unfortunately this place is near a busy road. So light sleepers may have trouble. But the stuff here is extremely amazing!  Clean bathrooms. Nice staff. My favorite employee is a guy named Mike. He has a dog that is a Maltese breed. Guest computer is very slow. Internet used to shut on and off frequently, but it works completely fine now. Water pressure rarely shuts off. But when it does, water is unavailible until further notice. This is the best of all three RV resorts i have been to.
