Excellent company and customer service. Very professional on the phone when making the appointment. One of the owners came out to install our water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was extremely professional, knowledgable (our systems were not bought from them), and well organized. He was able to install the system with no problems. The system works very well. He also installed a new faucet which included drilling through granite. The very next day we lost an earring down the sink and we had no problems getting them to come back out and help us with that. They are our new plumbing company.

We recently had a couple of issues with our plumbing. I've tried to do "simple" jobs in the past. I've been suckered with my plumbing singing the siren's song of, "This is a SIMPLE job; you can do it. It will be EASY and it won't leak when you're done (like it has in every other job you've done)." I know now that no matter how "simple" it looks - it lies. I know now to call someone with the right tools and the experience of having done the same thing many times before. So for my recent "challenge," I looked up plumbers. I stated the project as best as I could and sent it to four companies. Oasis got back to me quickly and offered to send someone out the next day to provide a full quote. Max showed up within the timeframe stated and was courteous and respectful. He assessed the work to be done and within minutes we had an e-mailed quote. We worked with Bailey on a scheduled time for Max to return and do the work. Max showed up on time and did a great job. We now have our "go to" plumbing company - Oasis Plumbing!

Oasis Plumbing gets my highest recommendation. Several other companies gave their recommendations and quotes, but only Oasis Plumbing worked with me to get a whole house solution that met my requirements and budget. Oasis dug the front yard, rerouted the water main into the garage, and restored the landscaping. The softener system is in the garage where I wanted it (not on an outside wall like the other companies wanted to do). Oasis removed the broken softener and pipes that went to the water heater and made it look like the old softener was never there. My family loves the soft water and the drinking water filtration unit. Working with Oasis Plumbing was a pleasure and I know that my system meets current building codes because a licensed plumber installed it . Thank you Oasis.

Can't say enough about Oasis Plumbing; from the onset of requesting quotes and service from the office to actual service, I was treated exceptionally well. I recommend you calling Oasis for your next plumbing service, you won't be disappointed. Very happy with Oasis Plumbing. I was shopping around for water softeners and called them to get a quote. Was told they could be there between 10-1 and they arrived just at 10. I was anticipating later like the cable company. They gave me their honest opinion and didn't push me into a system like some other companies tried to do. The tech was friendly, fast, and efficient. Couldn't be happier. I now have clean soft filtered water all throughout my house. I was amazed how much of a difference it's made. Thank you Oasis Plumbing!
