Hi I stopped into Edwards Realty 2 months ago and am just getting around to posting my Thank You to Phil and his assistant. I honestly had a limited time to purchase a property and I walked in their office while driving down N. Atlantic Ave. I told Phil my budget and what I was looking for and performed search for me right then. He was in the middle of other things and he still took me seriously and printed properties and joyfully he and his assistant explained where the properties were and even more about the area. There were 3 or four in my search and I was able to drive by them all. I ended up buying a condo in Fort Pierce but I wanted to make sure I thanked Phil for his professional performance in matching buyers with their new homes and for taking me seriously when I walked into his office out of the blue. Thank You again

***BEWARE EDWARDS REALTY ARE SLUM LORDS*** THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND THEY TREAT PEOPLE AS IF THEY ARE NOTJING. PHIL A EMPLOYED SLUM LORD OF EDWARDS REALTY IS A SORRY EXCUSE OF A MAN, AND SOMEONE THAT CALLS THEMSELVES DOING GOOD BUSINESS. MY MOTHER HAS BEEN RENTING FROM THEM FOR YEARS NOW AND THEY TREAT HER AS IF SHE DOESN'T PAY HER RENT OR SHE'S NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER. HER APARTMENT IS IN SHAMBLES, THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING SHE CALLED ABOUT THE A/C GOING OUT AROUND 9PM AND TALKED TO THIS A**HAT PHIL AND HE SAYS TO HER "BIG F*&#$ING DEAL. THIS PROPERTY IS AT 208 PIERCE AVE CAPE CANAVERAL OCEAN WALK APARTMENTS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND DO NOTHING BUT DRAIN THE PEOPLE THAT UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO LIVE THERE.
