l have had the best experiences with agent/broker Annette Crisafulli and her team at Apollo for home sales and rental property management. The owner, Rebecca, is highly professional and cordial and there have never been any hidden fees or surprises. Decided to share because of someone else’s negative post which seems highly unlikely based on my interactions with many of the staff (and if you click on their profile, all of their reviews are negative).

I can't speak for the other realtors here but Pamela King was absolutely amazing! She accomodated my schedule and helped me through every part of the apartment hunting process. She found me a great place that was listed by another agent but she stayed with me through the whole process and checked in to make sure the other agent was taking care of everything. If I ever need to move again she will certainly be my first call and I definitely recommend you call her if you are looking for a new place to live in the area.

Horrible! These people are a scam. The lady on the phone wanted to charge me 85 dollars just to do a hard credit report check. Most only charge 30 to 50 dollars and won't damage your credit.

DO  NOT GO HERE! We saw a condo on Sunday, went in on Monday with money for application fee $170 and deposit of $100, they told us there were no other applicants (we went in at 8:30 Monday morning) at 9:30 am Monday morning they then said they had five other applicants they have to review and present to owner... 5 other applicants in an hour?! yeah right! Went to get our deposit back, and the Broker laughed in our faces and said "do you want to see why you weren't accepted" in front of every employee very loudly and just laughed. She gave us our application which is highly illlegal to do, also she called my fiance the next day to harass him and tell him AGAIN why we didn't get the condo, rudely of course. We went to Edwards Realty right next door and signed a lease that day! Phil at Edwards realty is great! GO TO HIM! Since we were lied to we feel like we should get our application fee back, but they dont care they just want to take peoples money. Only giving one star because i HAVE to on here. its worth  nothing.

---- And then they decide to comment back saying there is no truth to this, if we were "disqualified" why were we not told this right away? and why did we have to wait 4 days for an answer? And why is this lady putting my email out for everyone to see????!!!!!! Very unprofessional. She called me a liar, when it is nothing but the truth, I said that we would be there 11 am the latest, and we got there at 830 am. Whats the issue with that? In many ways we were disqualified? For one the only thing we had on our records were for speeding or reckless driving, thats not a felony. 2. our credit is poor because of student loans and hospital bills which they said did not matter, so I am not to sure why were were "disqualified" when we went to many other real estate companies and they said we qualified.
