Overall 5 stars. Service was a little slow but nothing unacceptable, everyone has their days and I might have been inpatient. Great service friendly everything youd hope for honestly.

I rented this home for my vacation getaway home for a few very close friends.

I loved this pleasant home for it's unique decor, convenient location, private setting, the 1920 style nostalgic movie theater, retro soda/ ice cream parlor, available kayak, many available recreational equipments and options. I saw abundant wild life around and loved the peaceful water view. We went to the south bay and explored the wild marine life and the breath taking view of the Pacific and the West Port.  By far this home is the best vacation home I ever stayed! I give high five! Number one!

RENTERS BEWARE
I stayed here with a quiet group of friends for my birthday weekend.  I should read the other reviews before staying.  All claims from folks about the manager Kimmy being crazy and ripping people off are 100% accurate.

We too were victim to the managements shady business practices.  We were accused of breaking the paddle boat, some light we never used and the ancient laser disk player.  They illegally withheld our deposit without notification thereof until I asked why it hadn't been returned yet.  We failed through several channels at getting it back.  They claim the 20+ head old piece of equipment was in perfect working order before we arrived and that suddenly it costs $1500 to replace.  Absolutely ridiculous.

I urge anyone and everyone to carefully read the reviews.  Read the manager's response.  You'll see very quickly that you do not want to waste your money here.
