This place is truly a hidden gem! We ate here on our way to the Keys for vacation, and all I can say is wow! The restaurant is very unassuming in an old shopping center that is mostly unoccupied. Don't let that scare you away! Small dining area that can accommodate maybe 15-20 people. There was one person working the front and the kitchen when we ate here, so it took awhile for our large party of 10 to get our food, but was the wait ever worth it. The jerk chicken was absolutely fantastic, the best I have ever had. One member of our party got a whole snapper prepared with a creole sauce that they raved about. The members who got the oxtail raved about it also. The roast pork melted in your mouth, the curry dishes were amazing, literally nothing disappointed. Go here!

Stopped in on the way back from the Keys based on the reviews here. We were the only couple in there to eat. The food was not what we expected based on the menu description. I was at least able to fill up on rice and beans. We were pretty much ignored the whole time we were in there by the owner.

Great food. Everything is delicious. Sauces are a little spicy even if you ask for not spicy, but everything tastes as a home cooked meal. The cook herself came out to take the order and she was telling us what she could do to accommodate our request. It is hidden from the road, but please don't give up. Find this place, you won't regret.

I found this place by googling, and let me tell you it's a small cozy restaurant & the time I came there was only me and another couple. But, you can tell they just opened, but I ordered a small beef soup and griot with plaintains. The best I have ever had, and I am part Haitian. The food is amazing, will be back to bring my husband. He loves fruit!
