Customer service has improved tremendously; but, A.M. cook needs more help because many people were coming in and as soon as 3 people went through the line the food was almost gone. I had to wait for the rice. The shrimp that I had to pay extra $1.25 was over cooked and had too much batter. The orange chicken was over cooked and hard, but the seasoning on Orange Chicken was on point. They need two cooks on Thursday and Fridays. Thank you for listening.

Nice & clean PE. They do a good job of not over stocking dishes to keep them fresh. Sometimes you may have to wait a few minutes for restocking. Then you get your orders fresh off the woks. Service is friendly, offering you tastes readily.

Portion size of a 'plate' was really good. Taste of the entrees was nice as well. The meat was tender, tossed in tasty sauce. Though, the disappointing thing was the long wait (line), and also the undercooked rice. There were still raw rice pieces what made it unpleasant to eat. Seating area was clean.

Slow service. Typical PE food quality. I had to wait and so did others for rice and other items that they ran out and started cooking after taking order.
