Odom Health & Wellness offers medically-based treatments that help our patients not only get better, but stay better. John Odom MD, MPH and his team of clinical experts provide one-on-one attention and individualized programs for rehabilitation, nutrition, weight loss, personal training and performance enhancement.

Sports Medicine:
OHW offers progressive injection therapies such as Prolotherapy and Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP) as well as non-surgical medical care for sports injuries and prevention.

Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy:
Utilizing active and passive modalities of therapy, OHW offers a comprehensive manual therapy program, sports rehabilitation, graston technique, dry needling, and injury specific physical therapy.

Wellness:
Based in science and safe, advanced methods, OHW provides a medically-based weight loss program to help individuals reach and maintain a healthy weight.

OHW also offers personal training for elite athletes and medical fitness for individuals with medical/injury limitations. A registered dietitian provides nutrition counseling for families, athletes and individuals with medical/chronic conditions.

The Team at Odom Health and Wellness is doing Gold Medal quality work.  I have been struggling with some sciatic nerve related paid over the past couple of years.  I have been doing some training and PT work with John Edwards recently and he took the time to listen and understand what was causing my problem.  John made two recommendations and I have been paid from for the past 5 weeks.  I have seen more then 5 different health professionals over the past couple of years, including a world renown clinic, and not one organization has been able to bring me lasting relief.  I will continue to work with Team Odom to improve my health, and I am eternally grateful for their fantastic service!  Thank you!

I see them for massage. Mary is amazing. She gives a very therapeutic, yet relaxing massage. She is intuitive and communicative about what my body needs. Unfortunately, she works only limited hours, but they have said they’re planning on hiring another massage therapist. Prices are on the high side.

I could not be happier with my experiences at Odom Health & Wellness. Dr. Odom is very thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to really get to know me and my health concerns. He has built an amazing team of people who take customer service to a new level. The front desk support staff is so helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments; they just make me feel so welcome & appreciated. A nagging muscle soreness issue improved quickly after just a few sessions with the physical therapists. An app downloaded to my phone gave me recommended exercises that I could do on my own after my treatment plan ended. And working out with my personal trainer at OHW has proved so beneficial.  John, my trainer, came to my rescue with an exercise plan that I could even do during chemotherapy treatment following my breast cancer surgery. He has helped improve my balance, strength and endurance which keeps me competitive in my equestrian sport. Odom Health & Wellness has helped me stay fit and active and I can highly recommend them to anyone!

Odom is a step above any thing I've experienced in the past. Their approach is hands on, personal, kind and expert. If needed each appointment includes soft tissue work and a guided approach to effective muscle retraining. 

In short, they really know what they are doing. Proof in that, I'm pain free and will continue with other services. Love this place!! You will too.

For over a year I have participated in a two day a week  early morning  Boot Camp workout run by John Edwards.  The workouts are fun, find my weaknesses, and have helped me become more fit and lose weight.  I highly recommend John and the Odom team to anyone seeking to improve their health and wellness. .
