Fantastic food. Waffle combinations seem bizarre at first but they really have their flavor combinations down. Personally never had a problem with getting a table. This is always a must-stop whenever I visit Eugene. Also, great tea!

A little too hipster for me to be honest. Yes the food was good but the space is very small & you are lucky to get a table. Paid a big amount for chocolate milk the size of two drinks. Good food but just not worth it.

The cafe was cramped and not as clean as I'd have liked. Service was friendly, coffee was delicious. My husband enjoyed his waffle, and while I enjoyed the first bite or two of the Goat in the Headlights, the overwhelming sweetness of the waffle was incongruous with the savory flavors of the eggs and goat cheese. I really wanted to like it, but the waffle was way too sweet. They really should do a yeasted, less sweet waffle for the more savory dishes (I actually prefer a waffle with very little sweetness as you can easily add fruit, syrup and other sweet elements). The worst part, however, was a hair in my dish. That totally put me off. I don't need all dining experiences to be high end, but I do need clean facilities and no stray beard hairs in my food. Call me crazy. Little too hippy-dippy for me.

First - the food was absolutely delicious. I'd never had this type of waffle and it was yummy. The bacon was also tasty and cooked just right. So why only 3 stars? My husband and I came in hungry and the portion size nowhere near what we expected for an entree. We thought it would be a plate size waffle and it's only about 5 x 6. We enjoyed every bite, but when we left we stopped at the sandwich shop on the way to our car. So, just know in advance, great food, but small portions.

Off the Waffle is amazing. The first time I went there I tried a sweet waffle and thought, "this is a good waffle." The "Goat in the Headlights" waffle has changed my opinion of savory waffles, add a little bacon and you have a breakfast/brunch phenomenon. I've always had great service here. This location is a little small and it can be challenging to find seating at times.
