The amount of common sense and due diligence lacking from the entire staff is comical. I'll try to briefly put this into perspective for other reviewers/ readers. Imagine you're a customer in the store. You're trying to meet a deadline that is quickly approaching. You only have one document, one page, that you need to be printed. The last thing you want to deal with is unnecessary complications. The customer in front of you is attempting to have a 500+ page document printed. Logically, the employee should take 30 seconds to help you first. If this is too selfish of a request, maybe you could, instead, arrive at the compromise of having the employee print your document 'while' he is watching (for 25 minutes) the 500 pieces of paper go through one end of a machine and out the other. Well, the 25 minutes have come and gone. Uh oh. The employee did not print the document correctly. Surely, now you will be taken care of. After all, you just need one page to be printed. Think again. You now find yourself waiting for another 500+ page document to be printed. You look around the store. You see two other employees occupied with their personal cell phones. The third unoccupied employee is sitting at an empty desk, picking at his fingers and looking up at the lights in the ceiling. Comical. And, congratulations. You just spent 75 minutes completing a task that could have been accomplished in 30 seconds. Also, they try to steal your flash drive. But, you come back to the store and reclaim it. Good for you. In passing, don't waste your time here. It's not worth it.

Great place for your office needs and special printing needs! I had to get help from the customer service desk the other day to get special size paper for an airplane checklist book. The lady was so helpful she was able to tell me which paper would work best, how to print it to prevent bleeding of the ink to the plastic covers, and custom cut my paper for $0.75! You can't beat that service. I have come there often with off the wall needs or questions and generally have gotten the help that I need. The business cards are great as well. Some of their office supplies are cheaper than a lot of other places. So give them a try!

Sometimes they have exactly what I want, and others they don't. Service is scarce, so you have to roam around looking for a sales person. Now that they own Office Max, there are no other choices in my town, so they have a monopoly on mediocrity.

Great selection of a bit higher quality merchandise. Helpful staff and store is clean and bright. Great sales, too. I'll be back.

I don't normally shop at Office Depot because it's pricey, but I was able to find one of the writing tablets my first grader needed that was not at Walmart. The employees were all friendly and the store was clean. They also have decent reusable bags for $0.99.
