Paid for my bed and mattress a week ago. Was told delivery would be today between 11-5. Called 2 times today and was assured both times I was getting my delivery today. At 4 I called and the lady told me I was the last delivery and they were on the way. It is now 7:08 and still no delivery. Not even a phone call. I called corporate and all they could tell me was the drivers work after hours to make sure all deliveries are made. I am going in Monday and getting my money back. They can keep the bed and mattress!!! I won't do business with liars.

I have been doing Business with arrons for aprox 12 years and The Team at the Norman store have always Blown me away with WOW customer service and Excellent Service after The sale.Keep up the great work guys and gals.

At first, most comments here reflect on personal experiences. My experience was fabulous since they were kind and caring. I rented furniture for about 3 months. They worked their best to give me their best deal. The manager was extremely helpful. 

*You need to make sure in knowing how much you are expected to pay each (month/week) to prevent any confusion later in your next payment. 

Overall, they were great and helpful. You should try them!

Rudest by bunch of people I've ever met! The bed they gave me was a piece of sh**! And they never came to pick it up after I told them. When they come to pick up their stuff,finally, today... I'm never going to get anything from them again!!!  The only reason I have one star was because I have a couch from them I got from a completely different store and I loved it.... but they're so rude I'm giving a

Horrible customer service. We recently bought  an entertainment center and blue ray player. I've called twice because there was not a remote and they said they would offer one. The most rude people I have ever had an encounter with. The entertainment centers door does not close and now they say it was on clearance so they can't do anything about it. They did not say it was broke in the store nor was it on clearance that I know of there were no signs not one worker disclosed that. I can probable fix these issues myself but they told me 5 weeks ago they would now they are saying we can't. I would have already done this if they would have just said it instead of telling me they would fix it.
