I walk in, head to copy area, no one is there. I wait by a sign and the girl comes over to help a customer from an aisle. Some chick then shows up and hops behind him. I was there before both of them and instead of the clerk telling the lady to hold on because she needed to help me, she helped her. I blame both the customer and the clerk. Very disappointed. And there was a guy by the door greeting. Waste of space. How about him ask people when they walk in if they need anything?

We had ordered a printer online to pickup today but it was deemed too damaged to sell and it was the last one in inventory. We went to the store and a very nice young woman helped us pick out another printer and even price matched it with the other printer! I think she was in-charge tonight so awesome accolades to her! Thank you!

I loved this place because I was greeted in the most friendliest manner. Very helpful and had no problem making this one of the best "office supply buying" trips I've ever had. Thanks boys. I highly recommend this particular store.

I stopped in to have some documents scanned. There were some complications with my USB drive but the associate would not give up. I finally purchased a new USB drive and we finished up. I was so impressed with the help that I received that I stopped at the front counter and asked for the manager. The assistant manager Randi came up to the front counter. I had no idea that this was the same person that was diligently assisting me in the copy center. She went well above and beyond any expectation that I had. Thank you!
