Not a very nice GM. I walked in and as I walk in I ask a question to Shannon. He was having a chit chat with his co-workers. Long story short he completely ignored me and when he decided to answer my question I did the same and kept walking. Manager was so unprofessional. Is not when you're ready buddy!!

A joke. I came here to get an estimate for a simple repair on my laptop. The guy didnt even ask what brand or specifics and came up with a number. Really? $600 ? What a joke. No wonder nobody comes here.

I personally don't feel that consumers should be charged to provide their own services. So basically you're being charged a fee, for using equipment. All of these "self-services" places are effecting the economy. This Officemax, needed at least 3 other associates.
