This guy didn't tell me what I needed to do to get that 200 dollars credit I was supposed to get for switching from at&t to t mobil. That guy told me I wasn't getting the $200 dollars credit all together but I would get ten dollars credit each month for 20 months, that was all BS I got $0.00 for switching from at&t to T-Mobile.

I wish i could give them no stars. They are so rude. Ive been here to pick up my replacement phone and havent been able to get it. After ive already paid for it.

(Update: I have spoken with management and they do not understand it is wrong to lie to the customer. They also do not understand that this review is not my fault, it is Adrians fault. I have a right to write a review. If not for a few nice employees I'd never return. They did give me a months free service. Thanks) Service is usually great and an employee named Angelina who has always been very nice and helpful has been accepting my payments on many occasions over the past year. And she told me I was her favorite customer. Today I went in there and asked to pay my bill. I gave my phone #. Next I gave the cashier my drivers license. Then a very strange thing happened she asked me for my pin also. For private reasons I do not like to give out my PIN. And I was always told they only need my driver's license or an ID to make a payment I was never told that they need both. The cashier says she needs my license and pin number just for me to make a payment. I asked to see a manager unfortunately it was Adrian. I asked him can I make a payment because I showed my ID and I'd rather not give my PIN number out. He says no. I keep asking since they never asked me for both the pin and ID before in almost a year of making payments there. Then he lies and says no because if we do not have your pin and then you are not in the system. Then I say what was the point in giving her my ID if I am not in the system? So basically he was telling me it is impossible for them to process my payment if they do not have my PIN. Then I tell him I seen them do it before and I have never ever given them my pin not once. Then he changes the story to they cannot process my payment because it is against policy. So I say why your story keeps changing at first you was pretending like it was impossible for you to take my payment without my pin now you say it is against policy and that is the reason you're not taking my payment. I say which story is the truth? So this went on for 7 or 10 minutes. So I started fiddling with my phone trying to video record all these lies and fake policies he is telling me about. Then this evil smile comes over his face and finally he says you are right show us your ID, we have been telling you you only need your ID. This wasn't even true he was saying they needed my ID and PIN. I had asked him several times to let me make a payment since I showed my ID and that is how they always did it they never asked for both my ID and my pin and I have never told them my pin ever. I repeat in a year of making payments there I have never had to show them my PIN not one time my ID has always been enough. Therefore I was not going to take no for an answer especially since my phone service was off and I needed to make that payment to get my phone back on. I cannot work and make a living without my phone. So that final evil grin and the evil lie he gave me messed me up so I unleashed on him, I got right up in his face and yelled at him that I have been explaining to him for about 10 minutes that I already showed my ID and that should have been enough. Please review and listen to the tape to see what a big liar he is. So after that he refused once again to let me make a payment and he told me to get out of the store and picked up the phone saying he was going to call the police. So I left. Also I had asked to speak to a manager over him he would not call anybody he told me he was the only one in charge. I told him to call someone in charge of the store. He refused. He told me he would give me the store manager card but he never did. Instead he threatened to call the police. This guy is really stupid because I'm trying to pay them money and he's calling the police. How stupid can you be? And as I am walking out the store he goes "I hope your account don't get deleted." I am not going to be done with this until I am satisfied. After this incident I went to another T Mobile (vemade the payment and they did not ask to see ID or Pin number. So again Adrian lied.
